Healing Arts for Women

Integrative Bodywork for women in Boulder County and surrounding communities, designed to restore the nervous system, support lymphatic flow, and invite deep rest in the body and mind.
Offerings may include Ayurvedic therapies, Manual Lymph Drainage, Marma Point Therapy, Polarity Therapy, as well as Somatic Yoga
​and Yoga Nidra.

All sessions are offered in a private studio in Lafayette, Colorado. 
Sessions are integrative and tailored to your needs, and may include Ayurvedic therapies, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, LET -Lymphatic Enhancement Therapy,  Polarity Therapy,
Marma Point Therapy, Yoga Nidra, and Somatic Yoga.
